What you will do
- Support communication of project specifications and client expectations through meetings, documentation, and the work order system.
- Assist Senior Sales Account Executives with project proposals and estimated completion timelines.
- Participate in customer project line-ups and coordinate with Estimating to clarify proposal requirements.
- Identify, create, and develop new and existing customer opportunities.
- Gather and document customer satisfaction feedback.
- Prepare presentations and contribute to marketing, website content, media, and public relations activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and computer skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, work weekends as needed, and participate in customer entertainment during and outside business hours.
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Design, Estimating, Project Management, Accounting, R&D, and Training teams.
