Location: Cedar Rapids and Coralville, Iowa, United States. On-site PRN work at occupational health centers; the clinic is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What you will do
- Assess patient care needs, conduct nursing evaluations, and provide treatment within the scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners on further evaluation and care.
- Perform and document occupational health tests, screenings, and treatments, including EKGs, audiometry, spirometry, and vision testing.
- Administer medications and emergency care within the legal scope of practice.
- Maintain medical equipment, patient health records, infection control procedures, and a clean, safe care environment.
- Educate patients on health promotion and participate in follow-up care.
Requirements
- Certificate from an accredited nursing school or an associate degree in nursing is required; a BSN is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider is required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification may be required depending on the site contract.
- At least three years of Registered Nurse experience in an emergency room, occupational health clinic, or other ambulatory care clinic.
Nice to have
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
