Customer Service Specialist with Dutch

Location: Cergy, France; hybrid work with in-person attendance at least 3 times per week

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for current and potential clients by phone and email.
• Prepare and send quotations, certificates, invoices, and other customer documentation.
• Manage demo and consignment stock and place orders for strategic clients.
• Resolve order, guarantee, and reclamation issues.
• Maintain client data and pricing rules in company systems.
• Analyze customer purchase patterns and share relevant insights.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch, English, and French required for telephone communication with clients.
• Significant experience in a similar customer service position.
• Experience with CRM systems and comfort working with ERP systems.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• College or university degree, preferably in a sales-related field.
• Strong communication, service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work with numbers and data.
