What you will do
- Perform engineering analysis and solve routine technical problems using established methods.
- Support higher-level engineers with defined portions of complex engineering problems and projects.
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, cost estimates, and status monitoring.
- Prepare reports and technical papers and communicate engineering information clearly.
- Apply relevant engineering standards, codes, regulations, and economic analysis techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues, internal customers, and external customers while developing decision-making and leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program for entry-level positions.
- Two or more years of related engineering experience for the SG7 level.
- Four or more years of related experience for the Senior SG8 level.
- Eight or more years of related experience for the Principal SG9 level.
- Masterβs degree or PhD may satisfy the education and experience requirements for applicable levels.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in a U.S. state or Puerto Rico is preferred for the Principal level.
Nice to have
- Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering examination.
- Professional Engineer registration.
