Superintendent / Lead Foreman (Semiconductor Construction): Leading daily field execution for semiconductor construction and tool-installation activities with an accent on subcontractor coordination, work sequencing, safety, quality, and site readiness. Focus on coordinating utility hook-up, commissioning, turnover, resolving field conflicts, and maintaining progress across cleanroom and high-tech construction projects.
Location: Boise, Idaho, United States; onsite work required. Overtime, weekends, or shifts may be required.

What you will do
- Lead daily field execution, work sequencing, look-ahead planning, and subcontractor coordination.
- Coordinate tool move-in, utility hook-up, installation, punch-list, commissioning, and turnover activities.
- Manage construction coordinators, foremen, vendors, and trade partners supporting field execution.
- Conduct field walks to monitor progress, safety, quality, manpower, materials, and site conditions.
- Identify field conflicts, schedule risks, access issues, material shortages, and construction constraints.
- Coordinate with project management, QA/QC, EHS, engineering, logistics, and client teams while tracking open issues and corrective actions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of field construction supervision experience.
- Experience managing subcontractors, trades, foremen, vendors, or field teams.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Ability to read construction drawings, P&IDs, schedules, RFIs, and work packages.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, safety, and field coordination.
- Ability to work onsite in Boise and support overtime, weekends, or shifts as required.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor tool move-in, hook-up, cleanroom construction, commissioning, or turnover experience.
- Experience with wet mechanical, process utilities, gas, chemical, DI water/UPW, HVAC, or related systems.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software.
