Location: Rogers, Minnesota, United States; occasional travel and overnight stays to jobsites and client meetings are required.
Base compensation: $117,000–$160,000 per year, depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.

What you will do
- Finalize estimates, proposals, and bid submissions for public and private construction opportunities.
- Review plans and specifications, calculate quantities, gather quotes and submittals, and coordinate full estimates for large complex projects.
- Direct multiple projects from award through completion, including scheduling, staffing, construction methods, progress monitoring, and cost containment.
- Manage billing, payables, receivables, over/under billing, labor, materials, and project change orders.
- Coordinate with project owners, general contractors, field teams, office staff, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver safe, timely, and compliant work.
- Supervise Estimator I, Estimator II, and Project Manager/Estimators while maintaining client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience estimating and managing large complex projects in a related scope of work.
- Experience with bidding and project management software and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, policies, reports, legal documents, and regulatory requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
- Ability to maintain compliance with company policies and project requirements, including EEO/DBE obligations.
