Focus on optimizing regional transportation, improving WMS and TMS processes, controlling costs, and developing high-performance teams across a large logistics operation.
Location: Neosho, Missouri; candidates must be located in Neosho or willing to relocate to the United States. The role includes local and regional travel of up to 25%.

What you will do
- Lead full operational responsibility for a 200,000–400,000+ square-foot, multi-shift distribution campus.
- Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, staging, loading, inventory control, replenishment, and outbound delivery operations.
- Manage linehaul and local delivery operations, including transfer schedules, trailer utilization, routing, and regional terminals.
- Direct repair shop performance, including scheduling, parts management, cost control, and service quality.
- Establish KPIs covering cost, productivity, delivery satisfaction, safety, shrink, inventory accuracy, refusal rates, and 5S compliance.
- Partner with retail, merchandising, dealer, logistics, and manufacturing teams on store growth, product rollouts, inventory redistribution, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, logistics, or a related field, plus 8–10 years of relevant large-scale, multi-shift facility management experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of site leadership experience managing 50 or more employees.
- Experience managing linehaul and local delivery transportation.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, and data analytics platforms.
- Experience with vendor and 3PL management, cost control, logistics performance improvement, leadership, team building, and process implementation.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and safety compliance standards.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or MBA in a related discipline.
- Experience in the home goods or furniture industry.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
