What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, vendors, project teams, and assigned clinical studies.
- Manage study plans, timelines, scope changes, change orders, deliverables, and sponsor governance materials.
- Coordinate with Technical, Data Operations, Finance, and clinical study teams to support resource planning and service delivery.
- Oversee patient payment plans, study setup, payment timelines, funding, financial controls, and budget performance.
- Monitor operational, performance, payment, and study-level risks; resolve or escalate issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support process improvements, study analytics strategy, documentation, and compliance with standards and SSAE 18.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of finance or business administration, including familiarity with foreign currency.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Visio, SAP Business One, SharePoint, and Spotfire.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, represent Patient Solutions to stakeholders, and occasionally travel.

- Experience with business financial applications.
- General knowledge of the clinical trial industry.
- Project management or team leadership experience.
