Location: Richardson, Texas, United States. The internship program is based in Hartford, Connecticut; subsidized apartments are available for students living beyond a commutable distance from Hartford.
Salary: $25.00–$27.00 per hour, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do
- Complete business operations and development assignments in areas such as operational effectiveness, strategy, process analysis, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Lead projects using Agile methodologies.
- Use data analytics tools and AI platforms while evaluating the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
- Support technology and digital enablement initiatives to modernize business platforms.
- Work in field office production environments and collaborate with actuarial, finance, underwriting, and product teams.
- Develop and present solutions to business and operations topics with fellow interns.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States now and in the future.
- Applicants requiring H-1B, TN, or Forms I-983/STEM OPT sponsorship are not eligible for sponsorship for this role.
- Pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Leadership experience in a professional, academic, or community setting, such as managing a team, leading a project, mentoring, or serving in a student organization.
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Relevant majors include business management, economics, finance, insurance, liberal arts, risk management, supply chain, operations, or a related discipline.
