Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid working with travel required as per job demands

Salary: Ft10 944 000–Ft14 592 000 annually

What you will do

  • Provide QA and technical support to third-party manufacturers, contract manufacturing organizations, affiliates, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct on-site and remote audits of GxP and health-regulated third-party vendors.
  • Manage supplier audits and assess compliance with cGMP, SOPs, corporate QA requirements, and country-specific regulations.
  • Identify and resolve quality gaps involving product design, manufacturing quality programs, and product start-ups.
  • Follow up on CAPAs, regulatory changes, inspections, and audit findings.
  • Act as a local quality contact between suppliers, global quality teams, and internal sites to coordinate improvements and exchange quality information.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 4 years in compliance or auditing.
  • Thorough knowledge of cGMP, GMP requirements, pharmaceutical quality functions, and the Code of Federal Regulations for drugs and biologics.
  • Experience conducting on-site audits, inspections, and regulatory or health authority inspections.
  • Strong knowledge of CAPA systems and experience with third-party manufacturers or contract manufacturing organizations.
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in life sciences, healthcare, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is required.
