Technical Writer II (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Onsite in Vadodara, India, 5 days per week; mid shift from 1pm to 10pm IST. Remote applicants will not be considered.

What you will do

• Create end-user manuals, training manuals, installation guides, online help systems, and reference content.
• Write and edit product documentation and develop web content ideas.
• Translate product and technical information into clear content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Collaborate with functional teams and subject-matter experts to document product workflows and requirements.
• Research existing materials and interview subject-matter experts to produce accurate, comprehensive documentation.
• Design readable, usable documentation and manage multiple deadlines while handling sensitive information discreetly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing end-user manuals, user guides, troubleshooting guides, installation guides, or online help manuals.
• Experience creating end-user documentation in Microsoft Word.
• Experience creating manuals using MSTP guidelines and maintaining documentation by version.
• Ability to communicate with subject-matter experts and gather information about product workflows.
• Proficiency with FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Visio, Snagit, and Microsoft Office; advanced Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills are required.

• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare products, including electronic medical records and practice management systems.
