What you will do

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor utility plant activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
• Oversee boilers, water treatment, wastewater treatment, power, compressor, chiller, cooling tower, and generator systems.
• Supervise domestic water systems, steam, water, and condensate analysis, and industrial water chemical treatment.
• Coordinate utility activities with other Engineering divisions and provide daily reports to the Maintenance Manager.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor work performed by contractors and physical plant employees.
• Maintain operating procedures, technical reports, documentation, and incident records.

Requirements

• Availability to work onsite in Karawang.
• Ability to adjust the schedule to support employees across all shifts and work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to use a computer for technical and administrative correspondence, reports, procedures, and documentation.
• Ability to supervise contractors and plant employees within the area of responsibility.
• Ability to comply with GMP, HACCP, housekeeping, QRMP, and FSSC 22000 requirements.
