Plant Manager - Puebla (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Set the operational and strategic direction for the Puebla drug product facility.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Quality, Compliance, MSAT, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Facilities, Procurement, Planning, EHS, Supply Chain, and Commercial partners.
• Deliver short- and long-term site objectives while promoting higher execution standards.
• Lead business transformations, operating model redesign, change management, and end-to-end process improvement.
• Build internal and external partnerships and influence business decisions across a complex global organization.
• Develop high-performing teams and foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in a supply chain environment, including operations, quality, or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or an equivalent field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of drug product facility technologies, cGMP compliance requirements, and EHS prevention regulations and guidelines.
• Proven experience leading complex transformations in highly regulated environments and aligning cross-functional teams with global and regional objectives.
• Strong budgeting, costing, financial systems, communication, influencing, and people management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or higher under the CEFR. A valid driver’s license and at least three years of driving experience are also required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of JJPS, Standard Work for Leaders, or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with agile manufacturing, GMP, inclusive leadership, plant operations, and strategic supply chain management.
