Salary: $150,000β$170,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do
- Manage governance processes for fund administration initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, Board and committee materials, approvals, and implementation oversight.
- Lead cross-functional implementation for mutual fund and ETF initiatives, covering operational readiness, registration statement inputs, fund setup, and post-implementation validation.
- Manage operational events and fund administration issues through impact assessment, root cause analysis, remediation, and resolution.
- Prepare Board and committee reporting on operational risk, service providers, valuation, financial reporting, tax, expenses, 15(c) processes, and fund administration metrics.
- Oversee regulatory reporting, disclosures, shareholder communications, and regulatory submissions.
- Manage service-provider relationships and continuous improvement initiatives focused on controls, scalability, risk reduction, and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- At least eight years of experience in registered fund administration, β40 Act mutual funds or ETFs, fund accounting, financial reporting, or product implementation.
- Expertise in Board reporting and SEC filing processes for mutual funds and ETFs.
- Strong understanding of NAV calculation, custody, transfer agency, valuation, liquidity, and expense management.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Nice to have
- CPA or MBA.
- Experience as an Assistant Treasurer or in a comparable role.
- Experience overseeing third-party administrators, custodians, index providers, or authorized participants.
- Experience with automation tools, data quality controls, and Board portal technologies.
