Analytics Engineer - Finance / GTM

What you will do

• Build and maintain finance-owned gold-standard datasets in Databricks according to data architecture standards.
• Develop Finance and GTM reporting in Omni covering pipeline performance, NRR, GRR, revenue forecasting, deal velocity, close rates, and budget versus actuals.
• Standardize financial metrics across Finance, Sales, and Customer Experience.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and unit economics, including ARR, retention, CAC, and LTV.
• Own data quality, documentation, metric definitions, reconciliations, and AI-ready finance reporting layers.
• Automate recurring finance workflows, including board and investor reporting, and partner with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role supporting finance data in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong SQL and dimensional modeling skills.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, SaaS metrics, and GTM analytics.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, ideally Omni, and Databricks.
• Experience building AI-driven financial data solutions and translating finance requirements into documented data products.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, data reconciliation, and data quality skills, with a self-starting ownership mindset.
