What you will do

• Support commercial casualty underwriters in evaluating complex liability exposures.
• Help develop tailored insurance solutions for businesses across construction, manufacturing, energy, and mining.
• Contribute to the profitable growth of new and renewal business portfolios.
• Collaborate with brokers and underwriting professionals to strengthen client relationships.
• Build technical, analytical, and business expertise through on-the-job learning and instructor-led masterclasses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected by June 2027; an unofficial transcript is required with the application.
• Available to start the program on July 26, 2027.
• Ability to work in the office at least four days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
