Junior Project Coordinator (Telecommunications)

Location: Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines; on-site

Salary: PHP 35,000 basic per month, plus PHP 9,400 on-site allowance

What you will do

• Research ISPs and carriers, audit existing services, and analyze pricing, contract terms, availability, and serviceability.
• Document recommendations for service optimization, cost savings, upgrades, transfers, and replacement services.
• Create and maintain customer, location, and account records in Utiliko.
• Prepare service agreements, proposals, estimates, projects, tickets, and tasks.
• Place and track ISP and carrier orders through installation and activation, including porting and ownership-transfer requests.
• Verify billing details, PCI compliance information, and Merchant IDs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in project coordination, administration, operations, service coordination, or a similar support role.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, typing, and note-taking skills.
• Experience with outbound calls and client communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tickets, requests, and follow-ups while working independently within established procedures.
• Telecommunications, ISP, managed services, or technology industry experience is highly preferred.
