Technical SEO Analyst (SEO)

Location: USA; 100% remote with required travel to the office and client meetings where needed

What you will do

• Support Technical SEO directors with website recommendation implementation and technical audits.
• Perform detailed website analysis focused on crawlability, rendering, indexing, site architecture, and content.
• Develop complex SEO strategies and translate them into quarterly tactical deliverables for clients.
• Present audits and findings during client calls and communicate recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet with development teams, review code, and prepare technically feasible change requests.
• Monitor SEO industry practices, Google algorithm updates, and client performance opportunities.

Requirements

• Junior-level profile with 2–4 years of experience conducting SEO campaigns or related work.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of search-engine crawling, rendering, indexing, algorithms, and recent Google updates.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, ecommerce platforms, analytics frameworks, and commercial SEO tools.
• Experience with local SEO, business-profile audits, citation management, and strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with data science, machine learning, and RAG techniques for SEO.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
• A bachelor's or graduate degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Having a pet is appreciated by the team.
