AI Automation Analyst (AI)

Location: On-site at the Financial Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the area. Only candidates legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Configure and execute predefined workflows using approved automation and AI tools.
• Prepare, transform, and validate data for automation use cases.
• Test and monitor automated processes, escalating issues and anomalies.
• Document workflow steps, processes, and outcomes for audit, compliance, and transparency.
• Participate in process mapping sessions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply enterprise AI and automation platforms while following security, privacy, access, risk, and compliance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• At least 1 year of job-related experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical ability, interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow documented procedures and internal controls.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL or Python scripting.
• Experience with process documentation and testing.
