Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States. Relocation provided; travel expected up to 25% of the time. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, permanent residents, or lawfully admitted refugees or asylees.
Salary: $169,347β$237,085 annual base pay for Washington applicants; ranges may differ by site.

What you will do
- Define software product vision and strategy for configuration management systems supporting vehicle design iteration.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact, data, and technical feasibility.
- Engage aerospace engineers, manufacturing partners, change managers, software engineers, and designers to gather requirements and improve the product experience.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, using AI to prototype and ship features.
- Lead cross-functional product development and launch activities and drive adoption of product improvements.
- Monitor product metrics and lead discovery and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, software development, or hardware engineering, including full product lifecycle ownership.
- Ability to understand technical concepts, evaluate ideas and trade-offs, and influence software architecture and design.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including independent data retrieval with SQL.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- U.S. citizenship, nationality, permanent residency, refugee status, or asylum status is required under export-control regulations.
Nice to have
- Experience with hardware configuration management and change management, especially in aerospace.
- Experience owning operational excellence goals such as defect reduction, first-pass yield, and cycle times.
