CRM Reporting Associate (Power BI)

Annual base salary gross: $70,000–$90,000

What you will do

• Own recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly CRM reporting packages and Power BI dashboards.
• Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, sales-cycle length, deal size, win rates, revenue outlooks, and forecast variances.
• Develop ROI, attribution, contact-value, and event-value analyses for business development and marketing activities.
• Integrate and reconcile Salesforce, Workday, enterprise data-platform, and external-source data.
• Automate reporting and data-preparation workflows using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, AI, and Excel.
• Lead analytics workstreams from requirements through testing and rollout while coordinating stakeholders and guiding analysts informally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, finance, economics, statistics, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of experience in CRM analytics, business intelligence, revenue or sales operations, financial analysis, or commercial reporting.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development, data modeling, Power Query, and DAX.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, including multi-source data reconciliation and executive-ready analysis.
• Hands-on Salesforce reporting and data experience, plus exposure to an ERP, finance system, data warehouse, or enterprise data platform.
• Strong communication and workstream-management skills, with the ability to document methodology, meet deadlines, collaborate across functions, and handle confidential information.

• Experience with Python, Tableau, Oracle, external market-data platforms, financial or professional services, or AI-assisted analytics tools.
