What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, vendors, clinical study teams, and assigned studies.
- Manage study timelines, payment plans, project deliverables, change orders, and sponsor commitments.
- Coordinate Technical, Data Operations, Finance, vendor, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery.
- Prepare sponsor governance materials, KPI reporting, client meetings, and study documentation.
- Monitor budgets, payment timelines, operational metrics, and study-level risks, escalating issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Support study setup, payment-system configuration, process improvements, analytics planning, and financial controls.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Customer-focused communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong planning, organization, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Visio, SAP Business One, SharePoint, and Spotfire.
- Familiarity with foreign currency and willingness to travel occasionally.

- Experience with business financial applications.
- Knowledge of the clinical trial industry.
- Project management or team leadership experience.
