Personal Banker - Universal - 136th & Zuni (Retail Banking)

Location: In-office at the 136th & Zuni branch in Broomfield, Colorado, United States

Salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Acquire, deepen, and retain branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking products and solutions that support financial wellbeing.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales conversations, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized interactions and ecosystem partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Manage risk and complete daily branch operations accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be accepted.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the hirify.global office at the Broomfield branch.
