Digital Product Lead (Shopify)

What you will do

• Lead prAna’s eCommerce migration from Salesforce to Shopify Plus while protecting data integrity and minimizing business disruption.
• Own the Shopify Plus product lifecycle, including roadmap definition, backlog management, and feature prioritization.
• Align the digital roadmap with corporate strategy and improve the consumer experience.
• Drive headless storefront implementation with Shopify Hydrogen and Oxygen, focusing on cross-channel integration and performance.
• Partner with internal teams, agencies, and third-party providers to optimize checkout, payments, merchandising, and personalization.
• Define KPIs, measure results, and serve as the liaison between business, design, engineering, and agency partners.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in digital commerce product management, including 4+ years with Shopify Plus.
• Proven experience leading Shopify migrations from legacy platforms.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. eCommerce laws, PCI DSS, and ADA/WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience managing multiple agencies and third-party partners.
• Familiarity with Adobe or Google Analytics and conversion rate optimization practices.
• Ability to work from Carlsbad, California, United States of America.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Shopify POS for omnichannel retail.
