Strategic Project Lead - Legal (AI)

What you will do

• Own the success of frontier legal AI pilots and validate emerging use cases against defined quality, feasibility, and cost standards.
• Shape the use of case law, contracts, statutes, regulatory filings, and legal reasoning for model training and evaluation.
• Account for privilege, confidentiality, and jurisdictional requirements in legal AI workflows.
• Establish expert requirements, quality standards, workflows, and operational blueprints across the global delivery organization.
• Partner with researchers and customers and operationalize successful pilots into scalable legal programs.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent law degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in private practice, in-house legal work, legal research, or regulatory and compliance work.
• At least 2 years leading complex projects, operational workflows, or subject-matter initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills when working with attorneys, legal experts, researchers, and customers.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML companies, AI labs, or data annotation and evaluation projects.
• Experience managing legal, technical, or data-intensive projects.
• Familiarity with legal research, contract analysis, litigation, regulatory and compliance work, or other complex legal workflows.
