What you will do

• Run daily operations for a store representing a $1–2 million business.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, people management, training, and team performance.
• Control inventory, cash, labor costs, food costs, waste, paperwork, and profitability.
• Manage customer orders, concerns, service quality, food preparation, and delivery operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, equipment, facility standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Develop future operating partners through leadership and operational coaching.

Requirements

• Leadership, business judgment, multitasking, data analysis, and ethical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under stress, perform repetitive tasks, and work independently or with others.
• Ability to handle inventory, deliveries, paperwork, cash transactions, and customer service.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift, lift or stack supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, and use stairs or crouch as required.
• Must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Must pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.
