Dealer Support Consulant (Inland & Coastal)

What you will do

• Provide telephone support to Inland and Coastal commercial dealers and maintain strong dealer relationships.
• Set up, update, monitor, and moderate dealer profiles, including branding, dealer biographies, ratings, reviews, and vehicle stock.
• Train dealers on the Autotrader portal, profile management, systems, processes, image quality, stats, and metrics.
• Support dealer onboarding, product loading, retention activities, campaign sales support, and compliance with agreed service levels.
• Resolve customer and invoice queries, handle escalations, and maintain a high standard of service.
• Complete dealer evaluations, profile checks, surveys, tracking documents, status reports, and other administrative records.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Customer service skills, including handling difficult conversations and building rapport.
• Computer literacy with the ability to use online platforms, web tools, MS Office, and Google Docs.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, motivated, and deadline-driven.
• Commitment to accurate documentation, quality standards, and completing assigned tasks.
