Production Planner (f/m/d) (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Review and control short-, medium-, and long-term sales and production forecasts, including promotions, launches, and delistings.
• Disposition items and track deliveries to maintain product availability.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve supply and quality issues.
• Coordinate internal departments including marketing, sales, production, and purchasing, as well as suppliers, logistics providers, and customs partners.
• Maintain planning master data in ERP and planning tools and prepare data for reports and meetings.
• Own supply chain KPIs such as delivery reliability and inventory, while driving continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in economics or logistics, or commercial or technical training.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management and at least 2 years in demand planning and scheduling.
• Very good ERP skills, ideally SAP and Sage B7, plus advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Very good English skills required.
• Structured, analytical, and statistically oriented problem-solving approach.
• Customer focus, team spirit, and strong international and intercultural communication skills.
