What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve a scalable enterprise compliance program aligned with external requirements and business objectives.
• Manage the Code of Conduct, conflicts of interest, whistleblower reporting, and policy governance programs.
• Create and refine compliance training and communication programs that promote awareness and accountability.
• Develop compliance metrics and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify emerging risks, and provide actionable insights.
• Lead or provide strategic oversight for compliance-related investigations.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders, embed ethics and compliance into everyday practices, and support Board and Audit Committee reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a postgraduate degree such as a J.D. or master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive compliance leadership experience.
• Thorough understanding of corporate compliance program design, management, and DOJ/SEC compliance program expectations.
• Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, training, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, drive cross-functional change, and operate with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with compliance technologies such as EQS and OneTrust; public company compliance experience and certifications such as CCEP are preferred.
