What you will do
- Manage relationships and a book of business across existing physician-office accounts.
- Sell new business, upgrade accounts, and support new account installations.
- Create demand for products and services across national, regional, and smaller-market accounts.
- Conduct customer status and strategy meetings to identify needs and align product and service strategies.
- Coordinate sales forecasts, manage co-op accruals, and set up new customers in systems.
- Develop new products to sell and increase revenue spend per account.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Intermediate proficiency in SAP.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, charts, sorting, formatting, and print scaling.
- Experience managing customer accounts, sales territories, and long-term customer relationships.
