Quality Assurance Auditor - Da Nang (Apparel) (AQL/OQL): Auditing children's apparel suppliers and maintaining product quality, safety, and process standards with an accent on supplier performance, factory quality systems, and shipment audits. Focus on monitoring certified auditors, following up corrective action plans, conducting pre-production and final product audits, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam; suppliers in and around the Da Nang region. Open to onsite and remote work with willingness to travel.

What you will do
- Manage supplier performance by monitoring OQL and AQL targets, QMS effectiveness, defects, root-cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
- Monitor certified auditors, provide training and coaching on Carter’s standards, and follow up report updates in Inspectorio.
- Track factory production schedules and ensure pre-production meetings address product safety requirements before bulk production.
- Schedule and conduct correlation, product construction, packaging, PO, line, and final shipment audits.
- Follow up failed-audit rechecks and verify that corrective actions protect product quality.
- Collaborate with CSR and Traceability, Manufacturing Excellence, Product Safety and Compliance, and Sourcing and Merchandising teams.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in a quality function in Vietnam.
- Experience working with children’s wear.
- Ability to manage vendors independently.
- Good communication skills in local languages and English.
- Willingness to work onsite or remotely, travel, and support suppliers around Da Nang.
