Sr. Analyst, Business Development - GWA (Consumer Analytics)

Location: Remote within the United States; periodic travel required

Salary: $89,800–$112,200 base salary annually, plus performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Create customer-ready sales materials using consumer data, storytelling, infographics, and visualizations.
• Identify sales opportunities and translate consumer insights into retailer and organizational strategies.
• Prepare content for food shows and key customer meetings.
• Track results and support monthly routines for retail brokerage partners.
• Analyze consumer panels and large datasets to identify patterns, trends, behaviors, and growth opportunities.
• Develop consumer profiles and segments and monitor competitors, market trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in category management, analytics, consumer behavior, or a related field.
• Strong storytelling, written and verbal communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint creation skills, including infographics and graphic design.
• Familiarity with market research tools such as IRI Panel, Kantar, Numerator, or Mintel.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple projects, and drive engagement within cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• MS SharePoint development experience.
• Graphic design experience.
