Collections Specialist

What you will do

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and manage overdue invoices across fashion, beauty, and production clients.
• Conduct collections outreach with brands, production companies, agencies, and accounting teams.
• Apply incoming payments and reconcile bank deposits, wires, ACH, and checks.
• Investigate unapplied cash, short pays, duplicate payments, bounced checks, and other discrepancies.
• Submit invoices through client portals such as Coupa and Ariba and resolve portal-related payment delays.
• Partner with billing, booking, finance, and Treasury teams on disputes, adjustments, refunds, deposits, reporting, and month-end close.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections.
• Experience managing high-volume invoices and client collections.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
