What you will do

• Support broker and client relationship management across North American Distribution.
• Work with brokers, clients, underwriters, and internal teams to understand needs and connect them with appropriate insurance solutions.
• Assist with broker and client meetings, presentations, and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze market and business information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate across Retail, Wholesale, Alternative Channels, and Client Engagement.
• Build knowledge of commercial insurance products, distribution channels, and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected no later than June 2027; an unofficial transcript is required with the application.
• Available to start the program on July 26, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• Outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.
• Major in Risk Management and Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong previous work experience.
