Location: Dallas, TX; candidates must be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Weekend Saturday and Sunday shifts, rotating evening and weekend on-call coverage, and approximately 5% annual travel are required.

What you will do
- Serve as the central contact for employee requests across stores, distribution centers, and the home office.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, document, and coordinate resolution of system, network, process, hardware, and software issues.
- Monitor system and network status, manage incidents, and maintain detailed ITSM records.
- Maintain POS equipment, emergency kits, store systems documentation, troubleshooting guides, and online knowledge-base content.
- Manage email distribution lists and protect confidential company, customer, and privileged IT information.
- Provide employee training and coordinate updates with Store Systems, Information Systems, and Training teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable technology certification preferred, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and operating systems, macOS/iOS, and Android.
- Experience with mainstream ITSM systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, communication, time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Must be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and able to work required Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Ability to work rotating evening and weekend on-call coverage, travel approximately 5% annually, and work additional hours when business needs change.
