LIMS Support Specialist (LabWare LIMS)

Location: Durham, NC, USA; candidates are encouraged to live within a commutable distance of Research Park Triangle, NC.

What you will do

• Create and maintain sample plans in LabWare LIMS v7 for laboratory testing and operational workflows.
• Assign and manage specifications while ensuring configuration accuracy and procedural compliance.
• Develop, implement, and manage change controls for in-process builds and sample plans.
• Partner with scientists and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and configure project-specific builds.
• Maintain data integrity, traceability, and consistency across LIMS configurations and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or an equivalent life sciences discipline.
• LabWare LIMS Administration 1 training or higher.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restrictions.
• Working knowledge of LabWare LIMS v7 and strong technical skills in IT systems.
• Ability to complete training in a quality environment and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

• Project management experience.
