Salary: $174,900–$244,860 annual

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide data science, machine learning, and AI initiatives.
• Manage multiple analytics programs, set priorities, allocate resources, and drive delivery across teams.
• Own the technical direction, architecture, scalability, reliability, and governance of advanced analytics and ML solutions.
• Establish standards for model development, validation, monitoring, lifecycle management, fairness, transparency, and documentation.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Business, and executive leaders to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, including problem framing, development, deployment, adoption, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in data science, predictive analytics, machine learning, or related fields, including production-grade solutions.
• 3–6 years of experience leading teams, projects, or functional portfolios and working with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in developing, deploying, and scaling ML and AI solutions with measurable business impact.
• Experience with technical architecture, data pipelines, tooling, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, retraining, containerization, and cloud deployments.
• Proven ability to develop managers and senior individual contributors, influence cross-functional leaders, and connect long-term strategy with reliable delivery.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
