What you will do
- Advise business unit management on the Code of Conduct, Ethics & Compliance policies, and relevant laws in collaboration with Legal.
- Manage the Business Unit Compliance Committee and provide practical compliance guidance.
- Identify and evaluate compliance risks and support regional, zonal, and global program implementation.
- Lead internal investigations into potential violations of the Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
- Administer third-party due diligence assessments and advise stakeholders on the process.
- Deliver compliance training and communications, support online certification programs, and resolve employee conflict-of-interest disclosures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; an advanced degree in law, accounting, audit, or internal controls is a plus.
- At least five years of experience in risk management and compliance program execution, preferably within a multinational company.
- Knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption laws, including the FCPA and UK Bribery Act, as well as sanctions and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Experience implementing compliance policies and procedures, training, risk assessments, auditing, and testing.
- Strong preference for experience conducting internal investigations.
- Fluent English communication skills in written and verbal communication are required.

- Experience working in a multinational organization with matrix reporting lines.
- Advanced degree in a compliance-related field.
