What you will do

• Develop expertise in commercial property underwriting principles.
• Underwrite a diverse book of new and renewal business.
• Evaluate and mitigate complex risks in collaboration with Risk Engineering specialists.
• Build and manage strategic broker relationships in a market-facing environment.
• Apply technical, analytical, and commercial judgment to support profitable portfolio growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027.
• Availability to start the program on July 26, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
