What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for graduate student inquiries, triage concerns, resolve routine issues, and route complex matters.
• Communicate deadlines, administrative processes, program requirements, and academic policies to students.
• Identify barriers to student success, connect students with resources, and maintain records and trend reports.
• Support advising by reviewing student records, preparing materials, coordinating sessions, and tracking participation.
• Coordinate LLM program activities, events, visitors, documentation, and expense support.
• Act as a liaison with instructional design and faculty teams, handling routine online learning issues and escalating technical concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact positively and professionally with students, faculty, and staff.
• Ability to work in Fort Worth, Texas.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience in student services, customer relations, or administrative support.
