Respiratory Therapist - Full Time (night shift) (Respiratory Care): Providing respiratory care for newborn, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with an accent on oxygen therapy, airway management, mechanical ventilation, and critical care response. Focus on managing invasive and noninvasive ventilation, interpreting arterial blood gases, supporting emergency teams, and assisting with bronchoscopy.
Location: Manchester, NH, United States. Full-time onsite night shift, 6:30pm–6:30am.
Compensation: Up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions. Loan repayment assistance is available.

What you will do
- Provide respiratory care services to patients from infancy through geriatric age groups under physician orders and approved protocols.
- Administer aerosolized medications, oxygen, chest physiotherapy, airway-clearance techniques, and hyperinflation therapy.
- Assess patients, monitor vital signs and breath sounds, interpret laboratory results, and draw and analyze arterial blood gases.
- Initiate and adjust invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation according to protocols and physician orders.
- Perform CPR and airway management, participate in trauma, critical assessment, and critical-care transport teams.
- Assist with fiberoptic bronchoscopy and conduct apnea testing for brain-death determination.
Requirements
- Associate degree required, with a passed CRT or RRT examination.
- New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner license required by the date of hire.
- BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
- Clinical experience of one year is preferred, along with competency in care for newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Nice to have
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
- NBRC RRT-ACCS credential.
