What you will do
- Prepare the annual profit plan and monthly outlooks.
- Analyze month-end results and explain variations in material margin, conversion costs, inventories, capital expenditures, and cash flow.
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives by calculating and validating financial achievements.
- Coordinate balance sheet audits, internal controls, BOS, and SOX compliance for the designated plant.
- Support new processes, systems, programs, quoting activities, and commercial cooperation.
- Prepare investment requests, validate paybacks, analyze program profitability, and develop financial simulations and ad hoc reports.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, preferably focused on controlling or accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting regulations, financial KPIs, production costing, and program profitability analysis.
- Previous manufacturing controlling experience; automotive experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with SOX.
- Knowledge of MS Access and Hyperion.
