Director, Agile Product Owner (Salesforce)

Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.

Annual base salary: $120,400–$198,700, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Serve as the Enterprise Product Owner for Core Platform Capabilities and future strategic platform capabilities.
• Lead a cross-functional product team by defining goals, prioritizing and refining the backlog, and accepting final product output.
• Translate business strategy, product vision, and customer needs into execution-ready Agile work and acceptance criteria.
• Manage experimentation, measure solution performance through KPIs, and adjust the product roadmap to optimize value flow.
• Partner with leaders and peers to determine resources, remove impediments, support business readiness, and manage adoption.
• Foster collaboration, self-organization, inclusion, continuous improvement, and consistent Agile practices across teams.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a related field and three years of experience motivating or influencing teams.
• Three years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
• Two years of experience in Agile product management and two years of experience in the supported discipline.
• Three years of experience articulating and translating business strategy, product vision, and product analysis.
• Understanding of Salesforce product roadmaps and business processes for aligning solutions with organizational goals.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Sales Cloud experience.
• Agentforce and Data Cloud experience or certifications.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
