Senior Finance Analyst (MedTech)

What you will do

• Support the financial performance and strategic priorities of the Vision Care Brazil business.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders on business decisions.
• Deliver financial analysis, insights, plans, forecasts, and business cases.
• Monitor and analyze P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key performance drivers.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Lead Finance and cross-functional projects focused on innovation, simplification, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
• Advanced English required.
• Professional experience in finance, including business support, pricing, and financial knowledge.
• Advanced digital skills, including Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, engage with senior leadership, and drive constructive change.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or MBA.
• Background in compliance, costing, or accounting.
• Experience with financial risk management and econometric models.
