Finance & Accounting Stewardship Specialist

Location: Panamá City, Panama

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end check issuance process, including SAP runs, signatures, bank certification, delivery, and basic inquiry support.
• Maintain databases for authorized check signers, bank messengers, and physical General Offices files.
• Generate electronic bank account statements for legal entities through the banking portal.
• Support audits by producing SAP reports and conducting payment analyses.
• Administer the ACTIVE asset tax depreciation system and coordinate with the Assets group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or Taxation.
• Up to 3 years of experience in related roles.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and in SAP.
• Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Team orientation, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
