What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire, engage, retain, and grow mass affluent client relationships.
- Generate and manage leads, conduct virtual client appointments, and identify opportunities to deepen share of wallet.
- Deliver needs-based, consultative solutions and tailored financial wellness recommendations.
- Coordinate ecosystem partners, including Financial Advisors, to deliver banking and investing advice and planning.
- Manage portfolio risk, profitability, client relationship administration, and team accountability for deliverables.
- Build client advocacy through proactive and responsive service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of banking products, relationship management, customer experience, retention, selling, and business acumen.
- Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
- Must work in the Charlotte, NC office environment.

Nice to have
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63 and 65.
