Location: Vadodara, India
What you will do
- Investigate and resolve complex denial issues and escalated claim inquiries.
- Analyze denial trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and reimbursement.
- Initiate and lead payer calls for denial follow-ups, disputes, and escalations.
- Develop strategies to reduce denial rates and address denial root causes.
- Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims.
- Maintain documentation and coordinate with internal stakeholders on rules and system edits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable and denial management.
