What you will do
- Ensure compliance with production plans, production line outputs, and efficiency targets.
- Prepare wafers, components, and semi-products while monitoring related hand stock.
- Process components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine setup and CNC/SPS programming when required.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians and external service providers on repairs.
- Plan or contribute to the unit budget, allocate resources, and control manufacturing costs.
Requirements
- Follow internal work instructions, safety rules, applicable regulations, and EHS requirements.
- Execute assigned tasks according to specified procedures.
- Report failures or malfunctions to responsible employees or a supervisor.
- Work at the Juarez manufacturing site in Mexico.
