Customer Service/Inside Sales Rep (PCB)

Location: North Jackson, Ohio, United States; onsite role with occasional travel to customer sites

What you will do

• Initiate quotes, enter sales orders, complete order-entry checklists, and send order acknowledgements.
• Coordinate forecasts, production quantities, lead times, ship dates, expedites, pushouts, cancellations, and customer holds with production control.
• Monitor consignment inventory and shipments, manage returns and RMAs, and coordinate approvals with quality.
• Resolve delivery, quality, shipping, accounting, pricing, quantity, and EDI issues with internal teams and customers.
• Prepare activity and forecasting reports with account and program managers and support pricing strategies, NPI execution, and business growth.
• Participate in customer review meetings and cold-call customers or prospective customers.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing software and internet tools.
• Ability to make decisions, interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions, and solve practical problems.
• Ability to manage conflicts with internal and external customers.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

• Printed circuit board manufacturing knowledge.
• Working knowledge of inside sales functions.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or PCB experience.
