IAM Engineer (OT Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design, engineer, implement, and support secure IAM architectures for on-premises and hybrid OT environments.
• Develop secure remote access solutions using approved architectures, segmented network paths, access controls, and MFA.
• Build identity lifecycle, governance, access review, least-privilege, RBAC, PAM, password management, and privileged account capabilities.
• Integrate IAM solutions with Active Directory, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, databases, certificates, and network controls.
• Automate IAM administration, deployment, configuration, evidence collection, and maintenance using Ansible, PowerShell, APIs, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with architects, cybersecurity, infrastructure, network, product, vendor, and business teams; create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Experience designing, implementing, engineering, or supporting IAM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise application solutions.
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, least privilege, RBAC, access reviews, user lifecycle management, and account governance.
• Working knowledge of OT environments, industrial networks, Process Control Networks, DMZ architectures, or infrastructure supporting critical operations.
• Experience with on-premises Windows Server and/or Linux Server environments, Active Directory, domain services, authentication protocols, service accounts, and privileged accounts.
• Knowledge of secure remote access, MFA, phishing-resistant authentication, PAM, credential vaulting, networking, firewalls, routing, switching, segmentation, zones, and conduits.
• Ability to create technical documentation and user guidance in English, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and manage stakeholders and vendors.
